By accessing or using the services, website, or any communication provided by Platinum Management Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, property owners, tenants, and investors who interact with Platinum Management Group, LLC in any capacity.
Platinum Management Group, LLC provides services including but not limited to:
Residential Property Management
Short-Term Rental (Airbnb/STR) Management
Investment Property Consulting
BRRRR Strategy Consulting (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat)
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
Tenant and Guest Relations
Reporting & Administrative Services
All services are subject to availability and may be customized based on individual agreements signed between the client and Platinum Management Group, LLC.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding their property and ownership
Maintain valid and lawful property ownership
Carry proper insurance on their property
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
Respond to requests for approvals or decisions related to repairs or tenants promptly
Not misrepresent property details or ownership
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.
All management fees, consultation fees, and service payments must be made in accordance with the signed service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may be subject to penalties or service suspension.
Platinum Management Group, LLC reserves the right to change pricing with written notice.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Platinum Management Group, LLC does not guarantee revenue, profit, occupancy rates, or appreciation of property value. Market conditions, regulations, location, and guest/tenant behavior affect performance, and results may vary.
All financial estimates provided are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
We coordinate property maintenance in good faith with trusted vendors. However, Platinum Management Group, LLC is not responsible for:
Acts or omissions of third-party contractors
Hidden damages or unforeseeable issues
Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or local regulations
All major repairs may require owner approval unless deemed an emergency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Management Group, LLC shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Property or tenant damages
Theft, vandalism, or acts of nature
Injuries occurring on managed property
Delays caused by third parties or government agencies
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Management Group, LLC from claims resulting from use or misuse of the property.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the signed management agreement. Upon termination:
Any outstanding balances must be paid in full
Access to owner or tenant platforms may be revoked
All management authority will cease
We respect your privacy. Personal and business information is used solely to provide services, communicate updates, and improve operations. We do not sell or share your data without consent unless legally required.
